Eating at La Gritta just not mean purchased food, instead, it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
La Gritta, born in 1954 as American-Bar, was founded by Lorenzo Raggio. In the '60s and '70s was the meeting point for the international jet-set and royalties that docked in Portofino. Still attended topday by personalities from the world of entertainment and politics, La Gritta serves a creative cuisine based mainly on daily-fresh seafood. The restaurant service is enriched by a wines cellar with highly selected wines and champagnes.
The offer de la Gritta is enriched by the all-day-long service which includes bar, aperitifs, American-bar and Yacht Service.
The venue is suitable for the accommodation of events of all kinds: private parties, galas, music parties, and of course, for your truly exclusive event. The uniqueness of savor the chef's dishes on the exclusive floating terrace and the lovely view of the wonderful harbour of Portofino makes the prerequisites to a magic experience of this particular historic venue.
